BACKGROUND CHECKS for NCCSC : **IMPORTANT policy update for running background checks: **As of 9/11/24 NCCSC is requiring all LCH forms to be accompanied with a valid driver's license or legal photo ID. Please submit the valid photo ID in one of three ways. 1. Submit within form below. (Located below entering your name sections.) 2. Bring physical copy of ID to the respective school office. 3. Email a picture of the ID to the email address included below. Your background check will not be processed until we have your photo ID in our possession for verification from one of the three options listed above. This is the new way to fill out a LCH Background check form for New Castle Community School Corporation. Please fill out only one form listing all children and schools they are attending on it.
