Our 8th Grade Agriculture Class visited Tuttle Orchard last Wednesday. We were able find the Queen honey bee in the colony of bees that help pollinate the apples. Students picked pumpkins in the pumpkin patch and apples from the orchard. We visited “Big Tom,” the walk in refrigeration system where they keep all of their harvested apples (preserving them past harvest season). We learned what it takes to run an agri-business, and how they maintain the Orchard.

Middle School Athletics Schedule Changes for next week:
9/2 Volleyball has been moved to Muncie Southside Middle School due to renovations being completed in Pasman.
9/4 Volleyball has been cancelled vs. Connersville due to renovations being completed in Pasman.
9/6 Girls Soccer has been cancelled due to Richmond not having enough players.
9/6 Boys Soccer will now start at 5:30pm since the girls game has been cancelled.

Friday Night Lights are back at Neal Field! Our first home football game starts at 7:00, with Pre-Game at 6:45 PM. We ask for all families and children to be seated in the stands for the game. No footballs may be brought in for recreation. Thanks for your cooperation and support! #GoTrojans
