We want to thank New Castle's Anytime Fitness and our Health Teacher, Carly Lawson, for turning classroom learning into a real-life field trip experience. Our students learned about Kinesiology, the study of the body, covering muscle contraction, joint action, functional movements, and movement patterns. A certified trainer focused on each of these concepts through exercise. We're building our battalion to #DefendTheCastle! GoTrojans!

It is great to see our students back in schools today!!! Having just spent the last four days learning virtually, we will be in person next Wednesday, the 4th. This is a change from our calendar. If we have another snow day, we will then use the remote learning day at that time.

I was tempted to stay in my pajamas today, but I got up and got ready for the meets. My dual-credit class is so hard. I have to stay on top of it. And the Spanish… It’s really hard for me to get the pronunciations right.
Everybody stay warm. I can’t wait to get back to school. The people I’m stuck in this house with are not giving me the attention I want.
