Thirty-three National Honor Society members participated in Day of Caring on Friday, October 2. Thank you, NCHS NHS!
Ode has selected Luke Sherrill for today's random act of kindness award. Luke helped Mrs. Foster with a situation in the hallway Friday after school. Thank you, Luke. We appreciate you. You make our school a better place.
Ode has selected four fabulous people for today's random act of kindness award. These people helped by carrying heavy boxes from the front office to the media center because the elevator is out. Thank you to Jaxon Shelton, Luke Mendoza, Michael Miller, and Mason Laurie. We appreciate you. You make our school a better place.
Ode has selected Evan Myers for today's Random Act of Kindness award. Because of recent weather, some marching band members tracked in field turf after morning practice all over the recently cleaned carpet. Evan grabbed a vacuum and swept it up without being asked! (He's not even in the band! ) Great Job, EVAN! We appreciate you. You make our school a better place.
Students gathered around to the flagpole this morning before the bell to share their faith, and lift their school up in unified prayer.

Ode has selected Vinson Benjamin for the random act of kindness award today. Vinson found $20 on the floor. It belonged to a student in a previous class. When the student returned to the classroom to look for it, Vinson was honest and returned the money to its rightful owner. Thank you, Vinson. We appreciate you. You make our school a better place
Cleaning out the Christmas decor? Don't discard any 6' or over Christmas trees! Bundy is taking over the NCHC Library's annual tree display. "Symphony of Trees" (new name) will now be at Bundy instead of the Library. Same rules: one nonperishable food item equals a vote for your favorite tree. This year, trees will be decorated to portray your favorite Christmas song. Anyone wishing to donate a tree or any organization wishing to enter a tree-email David Nantz at BUndy auditorium (dnantz@ncweb.me)
Let's give our Lady Trojans some love! Today is Golf Sectional!

Ode's Random Act of Kindness award this week goes to Sebastian Rodriguez. During the homecoming parade, Sebastian picked up trash along the route that had been lost by other floats in front of him! He did this without being asked, and this act of service was noticed by teachers, community members, and Ode. Thank you, Sebastian. We appreciate you. You make our school and community a better place.
