James Whitcomb Riley Elementary School has a 32-unit computer lab in the library-media center two or more computers in every classroom. Technology instruction is based on the Indiana State Standards and is integrated with the core curriculum. Students at James Whitcomb Riley Elementary School have daily opportunities to use computers in their classrooms or library-media center. Classroom teachers use the computer lab weekly and the technology specialist works one day per week to provide technology-based instruction for all students in all grades. The technology specialist works closely with the classroom teachers to plan and prepare quality and meaningful instruction.
