Emergency Contacts

Keep student’s emergency contact information up-to-date.
Emergency contact information will be used if efforts to contact the parent/guardian are not successful.
Appointing an Emergency Contact only gives that person permission to pick up your child in case of illness and the child needs to go home and the parent cannot be reached.
The “Emergency Contact” list is not a “can pick up my child anytime list”.
