The mission of the New Castle Community School Corporation’s high ability program is to identify students who are advanced and to provide them with customized 21st century experiences that ensure maximum student growth leading to productive citizenship in the world community. The Focus on Excellence program delivers a continuum of K-12 services that develops talent, accelerates learning, and increases depth of understanding through rigorous and differentiated curriculum.
